Bish offers a number of high quality training courses around SRE and access to services for young people. All courses are interactive, fun, safe, relevant and give participants the opportunity to properly reflect on their values, attitudes and practice. The blend of personal development and practical strategies are the key to the success of these courses.

Training courses are delivered by Justin Hancock (creator of bishuk.com and the Bish resources and training packs), who has over 12 years experience in working with young people around sex and relationships and has been an accredited sexual health trainer (from Carol Painter at Centre for HIV and Sexual Health) since 2003.

Bish’s off the shelf or bespoke courses are bought in by Teenage Pregnancy Co-ordinators, Sexual Health Leads, Youth Services, GUM and RSH services. Participants have included a wide variety of practitioners working with young people or in sexual health: youth workers, teachers, learning mentors, school nurses, outreach workers, sex educators, doctors, nurses, health advisers, reception staff, teenage pregnancy teams….

In addition to the off the shelf courses below Bish can also deliver courses on self-esteem, homophobia, talking about sex taster courses and working with young men around masculinities.

Training courses cost from £525 per day, for a maximum of 16 participants (minimum of 6) including travel and other costs, which is just £33 per person.
